Introduction to Articles

The 1PlusInfinity Website has been loosely structured around personal views of what are felt to be sequential and consequential developments of knowledge relevant to an understanding of evolution as a product of Condition of Existence. For example, one of the key concepts in the understanding of evolution is deemed to be Uniqueness and hence the structure of the site’s view starts by developing ideas that lead to an explanation as to the source of that uniqueness – Space, Time, Space-Time, View Point and Point Viewed. These and other fundamental components of the understanding of evolution that is sought are classified under the heading of Primary Topics; there are nine topics included in this category. An additional twelve topics have been chosen for inclusion under the heading of Secondary Topics, this second set of topics is felt to comprise components of the understanding of evolution that derive from the components included in the Primary Topics. A third category of topics – General Topics – is comprised of subject matter that follows from the concepts and ideas presented in the Primary and Secondary Topics. The selection of topics included in each of the three categories has been arbitrary and no doubt many would debate the choices made but this is irrelevant to the overall present intent, which to a degree has been of achieving personal clarification of a vast and fundamental subject. Evolution itself will result in changes to the structure with time – always assuming it does not just lead it to its own extinction that is!!

Around the classification of topics the site aims to create a Site View which will reflect the evolving position of understanding that is current for the 1PlusInfinity Website. In addition to this, the hope and intention is for people visiting the site and interested in participating to make contributions both in the form of comments on what they see and read and as contributors of serious articles debating the concepts and presenting varying views. Contributors will be able to classify their inputs with respect to their standpoint relative the Site View and a search system will be set up that permits selection of articles based on classifications of identity, view point and rating.

The articles are introduced with abstracts, while not always adhered to, the intention is for the abstracts to be visible to all visitors to the site but for articles to be accessible only to those visitors who have registered with the site as users.
