General Guidance of Commenting and Rating

  1. Comply with the Site Guidelines, these can be accessed from the The Site menu
  2. Be fair!
  3. Disagreement should not necessarily imply a poor rating
  4. Remember knowledge of error is as important as knowledge of truth, which is in any case a dimension
  5. The 'whole' is an accumulation of truth extracted from all possible view points with the errors identified and erradicated
  6. View point offers only a unique view of a unique partial presentation of a subject. Its significance is dependent on the status of our brain operating in the Physical  Universe to produce mental states in the Phenomenal Universe. Our beliefs and opinions are based on our present physical position in Space, how we arrived there and where that has positioned us, through evolution, in the Phenomenal Universe. We all 'see' things differently because our experience is different but all our opinions have value both for truth they contain and fallacies. True advance of knowledge recognises this fact and recognises that arguement does not.
