Site Objectives

The primary initial objective of the 1PlusInfinity Website is to present a personal view on the nature of existence for the purpose of testing the perceived validity of that view. While the general concepts on which the view is based are not new, it is felt that some aspects of the understanding involved may have an element of originality; this remains to be seen. The web has created an opportunity for the testing of ideas, both in terms of originality and concept, that is unparalleled; it is itself just a product of evolution and in particular a product of evolution of the Phenomenal Universe – Phenomenal Evolution impacting on Physical Evolution.

It is hoped that the content will arouse sufficient interest to encourage others to contribute their thoughts in the form of comments, in forums and ultimately in articles. While the intention is for the site to maintain a view that is specific to the site, the ‘site view’ - the aim is to expand this view and to allow it to evolve as the understanding changes - the plan is for the contributors section to include articles of many diverse views. There will be a classification system that will allow contributors to classify their articles relative to the ‘site view’ to assist the reader.

The limitation afforded by view point and the significance it has on how the mental states within the brain are developed give rise to difficulties associated with interaction and understanding that are of paramount importance in the approaches taken by thinking entities, in particular mankind, in their interaction with the Physical Universe. The site seeks to promote a greater understanding of the significance for thinking entities of the evolutionary expansion of that phase of general evolution that has been termed Phenomenal Evolution and how that impacts on the Physical Universe. The significance of the expanding role that mental activity has on evolution of the Physical Universe and the potential that that role has of impacting specifically on the evolution of the thinking species is enormous.

  2. To present a structured path towards an improved understanding as to the process of evolution and how it interacts with the Condition of Existence on which its progress is based.
  3. To highlight the significance of identifiable phases within the process of evolution.
  4. To promote understanding of the significance of Phenomenal Evolution.
  5. To promote understanding of the interplay between Phenomenal and Physical Evolution.
  6. To explain the basis of error within the realm of Phenomenal Evolution and its significance with respect to evolution in general.
  7. To create a general forum for the discussion of evolution and matters related to it.
  8. To encourage contributions to the site from people with all types of view.
  9. To encourage an understanding of how evolution plays a part in daily life.
  10. To develop a clearer understanding as to why increasing complexity in life is currently having a destructive influence on society.
